Balsamic Pork Chops

  • Dry the pork chops with paper towel after which season each side evenly with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

    4 thick lower pork chops, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, ½ teaspoon EACH: salt and pepper

  • Warmth the butter and olive oil in a big pan over medium-high warmth. Add the pork chops and sear till golden on each side, about 8-10 minutes whole. In case your chops have a fats cap on one aspect, brown this too. Take away the pork chops from the pan and put them on a plate.
