White Chocolate Ice Cream – The Limitless Meal®

  • In a big bowl, whisk the egg yolks and granulated sugar till nicely mixed and pale yellow. 

  • Warmth the milk and salt in a medium-sized pot over medium warmth till gently steaming. Pour the nice and cozy milk into the eggs and whisk nicely. Return it to the pot and prepare dinner, stirring consistently, till the custard has thickened sufficient to coat the again of a spoon.

    4 massive egg yolks, ½ cup granulated sugar, 1 ½ cups complete milk, ½ teaspoon salt

  • Pour the custard by a fine-mesh sieve to take away any egg items. Subsequent, add the chopped chocolate and stir till it has utterly melted. Add the heavy cream and vanilla and stir to mix. Press a chunk of parchment paper onto the floor of the custard – to stop it from forming a pores and skin – and chill till utterly chilly, no less than 6 hours. 

    4 ounces white chocolate, 1 ½ cups heavy cream, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • When the custard could be very chilly, churn it till it has a mushy serve consistency, often 16-20 minutes. Add the white chocolate chips and let your ice cream maker run for 30 seconds to combine them. 

    ¾ cup white chocolate chips

  • Switch the soft-serve white chocolate ice cream to a loaf pan, (if you would like, high with some additional white chocolate chips), press a chunk of parchment paper on high, and freeze till stable – no less than 6 hours. Then scoop and luxuriate in.


Ensure that to sit back your ice cream maker bowl in accordance with the producer’s directions – often for no less than 24 hours.
